With night time racing..... What about S.city and the buildings? Like the businesses along the part of S.City classic just past the chicane? Are those being considered too? And as far as lighting the car headlights.... will there be high beam/low beam? Will the lights automatically come on? Or will you have to map out a button somewhere to manually turn them on/off?

Aw man! They locked the July Progress report thread! Night time racing being developed..... Trouble is I got old. I don't see too good at night anymore. But since it's being done, what about the flaming trash cans? Anybody can model a stack of tires. Homelessness is on the rise. Maybe add some pedestrians for S. City? And maybe with S. City throw in some oncoming traffic A.I. cars to simulate street racing? I dunno. just a thought. How about an interactive dash board where you can play CD's, listen to Pandora or spotify or other online radio in game through the dashboard? C'mon if the idiots at Rockstar can put in in game stations with GTA, y'all should be able to come up with something.

Where I live is an area with a strange phenomenon. It can rain on one side of the street and not the other.
I've seen it rain in one person's backyard and their yard only at almost the exact same time of day for like a week. So where I'm from your westhill example isn't all that drastic. In fact, it kinda sounds like a good idea.
